Shadburn Ferry will offer six estate lots coming in Spring/Summer 2024 for families looking to build custom homes. Pricing for these properties will start in the 300’s. Lot sizes range from 1.7 to 3.9 acres each. These six homes will share a private driveway and cul-de-sac.
Five of these lots will share a private driveway, and the front lot will have direct access to Shadburn Ferry.
These homes will be built in partnership with SPI Homes.
